I haven't used any of the Advanced Functions of the keyboard, but just to be sure I followed the manual's instructions to reset everything (as best as I could just said to press the Advanced Functions key and then tap the C#3 key to clear whatever settings I had, which were none). It does this no matter what octave setting I have it on. My M-Audio Keystation 49e keyboard controller (it's an old one, probably 8 years or so) is suddenly playing notes at about 31 cents flat in every softsynth that I've played it on today (EVP88, EXS24, Camel Alchemy, Dan Dean Bass).
I've searched these forums and elsewhere on the net and haven't found a solution to my particular problem.
